Agreement
By creating an account or sending a message through IPLSMS, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping API keys and SMPP credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out with them. Keys are shown once at creation; revoke and reissue any key you believe is exposed.
Acceptable use
Messages must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and with Nigerian Communications Commission regulations. We may suspend sending that breaches either.
Wallet and billing
The platform is prepaid. Your wallet is debited per segment when a message is accepted. Messages that fail before reaching a network are refunded automatically. Wallet balances are for platform use and are not redeemable for cash.
Sender IDs
Sender IDs are subject to review before approval. You must have the right to use any brand or name you register, and we may withdraw an ID we believe is being used deceptively.
Service availability
We work to keep the platform available continuously, but delivery ultimately depends on mobile network operators. We do not guarantee delivery of any individual message, and we are not liable for operator-side delays or rejections.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, for unlawful use, or where required by an operator or regulator.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email on your account before they take effect.
